About Carole
I am a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant with experience supporting children and young people across primary, secondary and further education settings. I am passionate about helping pupils feel confident, supported and engaged in their learning, and I pride myself on building positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
Throughout my career, I have supported learners with a wide range of academic, social and emotional needs, including those requiring additional learning support. I am known for my calm, nurturing and adaptable approach, alongside strong behaviour management skills and a genuine commitment to pupil wellbeing.
Since joining Moore Teachers, I have successfully supported pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 settings, quickly adapting to different schools and becoming a reliable member of school teams. I am confident supporting both classroom learning and pastoral development, helping pupils to thrive academically and personally.
