About Cathy

I am a highly experienced teacher with over 20 years in education, with a strong background teaching Food Technology and Textiles across Years 7–11, alongside Maths across Years 7–9. More recently, I have worked with Moore Teachers as a supply teacher, including primary assignments and a Year 6 placement.

I bring a calm, professional and positive approach to the classroom. I build strong relationships with pupils and adapt quickly to different school settings, supporting learning with confidence and care. My experience includes working with pupils with SEBD, visual impairment, autism and dyspraxia, helping me to provide inclusive and responsive support.

Since January 2022, I have worked with Moore Teachers across a range of day-to-day and short-term assignments. This has included completing one term, two days per week, as a Year 6 Teacher at Kingsmoor.
