About Ella
I joined Moore Teachers initially as an extra pair of hands and, through this opportunity, went on to complete my Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship. During this time, I developed a strong understanding of the business, gaining valuable hands-on experience across multiple areas, with a particular focus on compliance.
I now specialise in clearance, supporting candidates through the safeguarding and vetting process from start to finish. I’m passionate about recruiting teachers and support staff, and about ensuring our schools can rely on the quality and integrity of every placement we make.
My role is to ensure every stage of the process is completed accurately and efficiently, making it as smooth and straightforward as possible. I take pride in helping candidates become fully compliant and ready to start work with confidence, while upholding the high standards expected within education recruitment, including our REC-audited vetting processes.
