About Kirsty
My passion for education began when I retrained as a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, going on to spend three rewarding years in a local primary school. During this time, I developed a real appreciation for the impact that dedicated teachers and support staff have on children’s learning and wellbeing.
Prior to this, I started my career in sales with Endsleigh Insurance, building strong communication and relationship skills that I continue to use today.
In April 2017, I joined Moore Teachers in a resourcing role, combining my experience in education with recruitment. Since then, I’ve progressed into my current position as Senior Consultant, working closely with schools across Hertfordshire and West Essex.
I’m passionate about supporting local schools by placing high-quality teachers and support staff, and I pride myself on building strong, trusted relationships. Having worked in education myself, I understand what schools need and what candidates are looking for—allowing me to connect the right people with the right opportunities where they can truly thrive.
