About Marc

After building my experience in recruitment, I joined Moore Teachers as a Recruitment Consultant with a genuine passion for supporting the education sector. I work closely with primary schools, teachers and support staff across North Hertfordshire and Cambridge, building strong relationships and helping schools find the right people for their teams.

Having lived in Hertfordshire all my life, I have a strong understanding of the local area and the schools within it. This local knowledge allows me to better understand the needs of the communities I support, helping me provide a personal and tailored approach to both schools and candidates.

I believe that great schools are built on great staff, and I’m passionate about helping teaching and support staff find roles where they can make a real difference, while supporting schools to build strong and successful teams.
