About Danielle

I am an experienced Early Years specialist with almost 20 years of primary teaching experience across Reception and Key Stage 1. Since qualifying with a Bachelor of Education in Early Years, I have developed extensive expertise in EYFS provision, early child development and creating strong foundations for learning.

I am passionate about providing engaging, nurturing and inclusive learning environments where children can thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Throughout my career I have held a number of leadership responsibilities, including Early Years Leader, Pupil Premium Lead, Deputy Safeguarding Lead, Paediatric First Aid Lead and Subject Leader for Geography and History. I am known for my strong relationships with pupils, families and colleagues, and for supporting high-quality outcomes across the Early Years curriculum.

Most recently, I have been teaching Reception on a maternity cover basis at The Federation of Widford and Hunsdon JMI Schools. Prior to this, I spent over 15 years at Bayford C of E Primary and Nursery School, where I led Early Years provision and regularly deputised for the Headteacher, gaining valuable leadership and whole-school experience.
