About Eileen
I am an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with over 16 years’ experience supporting pupils across both mainstream primary and specialist SEN settings. I am passionate about helping children feel supported, included and confident within their learning environment and pride myself on building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
I have extensive experience providing both 1:1 and small group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs including ASD and ADHD. I am calm, patient and adaptable, with a strong understanding of behaviour support, emotional wellbeing and inclusive classroom practice.
Throughout my career, I have supported children across a range of ages and abilities, helping pupils access learning, develop independence and make positive academic and social progress. I quickly adapt to new school environments and work collaboratively with teaching staff to create positive and engaging learning experiences for all pupils.
