About Gail
I am an experienced and dedicated Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant and Early Years Practitioner with extensive experience supporting children across nursery and primary school settings. I am passionate about helping children feel safe, supported and confident within their learning environment and pride myself on building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families.
I have significant experience supporting children with additional needs, including providing 1:1 support for pupils with ASD and non-verbal communication needs. I am calm, nurturing and adaptable, with a strong understanding of safeguarding, inclusion and pupil wellbeing.
Throughout my career, I have worked across EYFS and Primary settings, supporting both classroom learning and emotional development. I am reliable, flexible and confident quickly adapting to new school environments while maintaining positive and engaging learning experiences for pupils.
