About Jack

I am a motivated and reliable Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Lower Key Stage 2, including children with SEND. I have developed strong classroom support skills through my work in primary schools, helping pupils to engage in learning, develop confidence and achieve their potential.

I pride myself on building positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. My calm and proactive approach enables me to support behaviour effectively, contribute to inclusive learning environments and adapt to the needs of individual children. Alongside my classroom experience, my background in sports coaching and officiating has strengthened my communication, teamwork and behaviour management skills.

Most recently, I worked at Silsoe Lower School, supporting pupils in Year 1 and Year 4, including those with additional needs. I have also provided wraparound care through the school's Care Club, further developing my ability to support children’s wellbeing, social development and positive engagement throughout the school day.
