About Janine

I am a reliable and professional Teaching Assistant and Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting pupils across both primary and secondary settings. I have worked with Moore Teachers since August 2015 in a range of day-to-day and long-term education roles, bringing particular experience in learning support, inclusion and helping pupils with educational needs access the curriculum.

I support pupils by adapting learning to an achievable level, following school guidance carefully and building positive relationships with staff and pupils. My wider background in care, pharmacy and customer service has strengthened my communication, record keeping, safeguarding awareness and ability to work calmly and effectively as part of a team.

Most recently, I completed a long-term Moore Teachers placement at Jerounds Primary from March 2025 to July 2026, alongside wider supply and long-term work through Moore Teachers. I bring schools a dependable, experienced and adaptable support professional who understands the importance of consistency, inclusion and pupil confidence.
