Early Years Teacher

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and creating a positive foundation for children's lifelong learning.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and be able to create engaging, child-centred learning experiences that support children's academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum
• Create a stimulating and nurturing learning environment where children can thrive
• Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress effectively
• Support children's personal, social, and emotional development
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contribute to the wider life of the school and work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within an Early Years setting
• Possess excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development
• Be enthusiastic, caring, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for every child
• Demonstrate strong classroom management and communication skills
• Be able to foster a love of learning through play-based and child-led approaches
