Learning Support Assistant

The role:
- Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil
- Supporting a child currently in social care
- Building a positive and consistent relationship to encourage engagement, confidence, and progress
- Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing throughout the school day
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with children with social, emotional, or behavioural needs
- Be calm, resilient, and able to establish clear boundaries
- Demonstrate a patient, nurturing, and proactive approach
- Build strong and trusting relationships with pupils and staff
- Be committed to supporting children to achieve their full potential
