Are you a qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who believes that early years education is about far more than childcare? Do you enjoy creating engaging learning experiences, nurturing curiosity, and helping children develop the confidence and skills they need for the future?

Our partner nursery in St Albans is seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their team. Full-time and part-time applications will be considered.

The Role

  • Full-time or part-time opportunities available
  • Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner required
  • Key person responsibilities for a group of children
  • Observe, assess and monitor children's development and progress
  • Plan and deliver creative, play-based learning opportunities
  • Support children's physical, intellectual, emotional and social development
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive and dynamic nursery team
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, welfare and child safety
  • Follow and contribute to the nursery's educational approach and ethos
  • Immediate and future start dates considered
