Secondary Teaching Assistant

The role:
- Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Working with individuals and small groups to enhance learning and engagement
- Assisting teachers in delivering effective lessons
- Supporting students' academic, social, and emotional development
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience working with secondary-aged students
- Be confident supporting learning across a range of subjects
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
