SEND Teaching Assistant

The role:
- SEND Teaching Assistant supporting pupils across the whole school
- Working with children across a range of year groups and needs
- Providing classroom support, targeted interventions, and additional assistance where required
- Collaborating with class teachers and the SEND team to promote pupil progress and wellbeing
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience supporting children with SEND
- Be flexible and confident working across different age groups
- Demonstrate patience, resilience, and a nurturing approach
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
- Be passionate about supporting children to achieve their full potential
