Year 1 Teaching Assistant

The role:
- Supporting teaching and learning within a Year 1 classroom
- Working with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
- Assisting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
- Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
- Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience working with primary-aged children
- Be confident supporting pupils in Key Stage 1
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be patient, enthusiastic, and nurturing
- Be committed to helping every child achieve their full potential
