About Kasey
I am an experienced primary teacher with over 20 years of teaching experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Since gaining my BA (Hons) in Primary Education with QTS, I have worked in a variety of permanent and supply roles across London, Essex and Hertfordshire, teaching from Reception through to Year 6. I have also held English subject leadership responsibilities and delivered National Tutoring Programme interventions.
I pride myself on creating engaging, inclusive classrooms where all children feel supported to achieve their best. I adapt quickly to new school environments, build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues, and use assessment effectively to tailor learning. My experience supporting children with SEND and EAL, alongside my leadership in English and literacy, enables me to make a positive impact across a range of settings.
Most recently, I worked as a Year 3 Class Teacher at St Joseph's Catholic Primary School in Bishop's Stortford, following a successful period of supply teaching across Essex and Hertfordshire schools. I continue to bring flexibility, professionalism and a wealth of classroom experience to every placement.
