About Kate

I am a caring, reliable and patient Teaching Assistant with experience supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2 within a primary school environment. I am passionate about helping children build confidence, engage positively with learning and feel supported within the classroom.

I have experience providing both one-to-one and small group support in phonics, reading, Maths and English, working closely with teachers to help pupils make progress academically and socially. I pride myself on building strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents through a calm, consistent and nurturing approach.

Throughout my experience in both education and customer-facing roles, I have developed strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. I am adaptable, approachable and committed to supporting inclusive learning environments where children feel encouraged to achieve their best.
