About Kate

I am an experienced primary teacher with over 15 years of teaching experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Throughout my career, I have taught a wide range of year groups including Years 2, 3, 4 and 6, and I currently hold leadership responsibilities as an EYFS Lead and Science Lead. I am committed to providing high-quality learning experiences that support children’s academic, social and emotional development.

My strengths lie in creating engaging learning environments where children feel valued, confident and motivated to succeed. I have extensive experience leading curriculum development, supporting colleagues and driving improvements in teaching and learning. As a school leader, I work collaboratively with staff, families and the wider school community to ensure positive outcomes for all pupils.

Since 2018, I have worked at Albury Primary School as EYFS Lead and Science Lead, building on a successful teaching career in Hertfordshire and London schools. Alongside my classroom and leadership responsibilities, I have continued to develop my expertise through professional qualifications, including NPQSL and NPQEYL.
