About Lisa
I am an experienced Primary Teacher and senior leader with over 20 years' experience teaching across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. Throughout my career, I have combined strong classroom practice with leadership responsibilities, including KS1 Leader and Deputy Headteacher roles, supporting school improvement, curriculum development and staff growth.
I am passionate about creating engaging learning environments where children feel supported, challenged and inspired to achieve their best. Known for my calm, professional and collaborative approach, I have successfully worked within one-form entry, two-form entry and small village schools, building positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues alike.
Alongside my teaching and leadership experience, I have led multiple curriculum areas, mentored trainee teachers and Early Career Teachers, supported safeguarding provision and contributed to whole-school improvement initiatives. I pride myself on being adaptable, organised and committed to achieving positive outcomes for every child.
