About Lucy

I am an experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher with over 25 years’ experience across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, alongside senior leadership and safeguarding responsibilities. I pride myself on creating calm, positive and engaging learning environments where children feel supported, challenged and motivated to achieve their best.

Throughout my career, I have held roles including Phase Lead, Senior Leadership Team member and Designated Safeguarding Lead, developing strong leadership, curriculum and pastoral expertise. I am highly adaptable, reliable and confident building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents alike.

Since June 2025, I have been working as a Class Teacher at Windermere Primary, alongside successful supply teaching assignments across a range of primary schools.
