About Mihaela
I am a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant with over nine years of experience supporting children across Early Years, Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2 and SEN settings. I have worked in both long-term and supply roles, providing classroom support, small-group interventions and one-to-one assistance for pupils with a wide range of learning and developmental needs.
I pride myself on building positive relationships with pupils and staff, creating inclusive learning environments where children feel supported and confident to succeed. My experience includes supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and Down Syndrome, alongside delivering phonics and mathematics interventions using programmes such as Read Write Inc. I am adaptable, organised and able to quickly establish myself within new school settings.
Since February 2026, I have been working at Commonswood Primary School via Moore Teachers, supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Prior to this, I have undertaken a variety of supply assignments through Moore Teachers, supporting schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. I am currently seeking a long-term school-based role from September.
