About Natasha

I am a friendly, organised and compassionate Early Years professional with over four years’ experience supporting children within nursery and childcare settings. I am passionate about creating safe, nurturing and engaging environments where children feel happy, supported and encouraged to develop confidence and independence.

Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of nursery environments as both permanent and bank staff, quickly adapting to different teams, routines and children’s individual needs. I pride myself on building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues and maintaining high standards of safeguarding, wellbeing and care.

I have strong experience supporting children’s learning and development through play-based activities, daily routines and positive interaction, while promoting inclusion, communication and emotional wellbeing across Early Years settings.
