About Paulina
I am a motivated and adaptable Early Career Teacher with experience across KS1 and KS2, including Year 2, Year 3, Year 4 and LKS2. I have planned and delivered lessons across the primary curriculum and developed my teaching through SCITT training, school placements and classroom-based roles in the UK and overseas.
I build positive relationships with pupils and create inclusive, supportive classroom environments where children feel encouraged to participate and make progress. I am reflective in my practice, respond well to feedback and bring strong communication, organisation and behaviour management skills to the classroom.
Most recently, during the summer term, I have been teaching Year 4 at Cranbourne Primary School for 2 days per week alongside a Year 3 role at Burleigh Primary School for 2.5 days per week. Prior to this, I taught LKS2 at Forres Primary School in Hoddesdon and completed trainee teacher placements at Purford Green Primary School and St Luke’s Catholic Primary School in Harlow.
