About Sharon
I am a compassionate, reliable and nurturing childcare professional with over 10 years’ experience working within nursery and childcare settings. I am passionate about supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and development and pride myself on creating safe, engaging and inclusive environments where children feel happy, supported and encouraged to thrive.
Throughout my career, I have built strong relationships with children, families and colleagues through a calm, caring and adaptable approach. I have experience supporting children across Early Years and primary-age settings, including children with additional needs, and I am confident supporting both learning and daily routines within busy nursery environments.
I am highly organised, approachable and dependable, with a strong understanding of child development, safeguarding and the importance of nurturing children’s confidence, independence and social skills.
