About Sophia

I am an experienced and impact-driven senior leader with extensive experience leading school improvement, strengthening teaching quality and developing high-performing teams across primary and multi-academy trust settings. Throughout my career, I have built a strong track record of improving pupil outcomes, embedding sustainable systems and creating calm, inclusive and purposeful school cultures.

As a Headteacher and senior leader, I have successfully led teaching and learning strategies, safeguarding development, curriculum improvement and staff coaching to drive measurable whole-school progress. I am passionate about developing others, building strong relationships across school communities and ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive both academically and personally.
