We are a specialist education agency working with just Early Years and Primary settings. Whether you are a primary teacher, teaching assistant, learning support assistant, early years practitioner or ancillary staff, we will work hard on your behalf to find you work that you want and where you want.
As schools continually adapt to changes, their requirements for extra staff also change. Whilst Class Teachers, Teaching and Learning Support Assistants and Early Years Practitioners are always required, schools now seek staff such as PPA cover teachers, intervention/inclusion leaders and specialised support for children with a range of SEN.
Qualified teacher status (QTS)
Qualified teacher status (QTS) is the professional status teachers in England gain at the end of their teacher training.
Teachers who qualified outside the UK can work in English schools for up to 4 years without QTS. However, obtaining QTS will make it easier for you to find work and develop your career as a teacher.
