Are you experienced in supporting children with ASD and looking for a part-time role where you can make a real difference? Would you value working in a small, community-focused primary school?

A welcoming rural primary setting is seeking a Year 6 Learning Support Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a pupil with ASD across the Summer Term.


The Role

  • Year 6 1:1 Learning Support Assistant (ASD support)
  • Wednesday to Friday each week
  • Start: April 2026
  • End: July 2026 (Summer Term)
  • Supporting a pupil with ASD within a mainstream Year 6 classroom
  • Helping with engagement, routine, and access to learning
  • Working closely with the class teacher and wider support staff
  • Consistent part-time role across the full term
